Walk, soft, along the shaded ridge,
Cross over the old wood bridge.
Stretch forth an open, un-gloved hand,
Feel FALL steal 'cross the land!
The ridge is shaded in gold and red,
Ice dots the river bed,
Cold-air, now, nips the un-gloved hand,
As FALL steals 'cross the land!
